I need more MONEY

MONEY...can't live with it, can't live without it ;)

Well, the former is not exactly true.

You know, it is so imperative I reduce the amount of stress in my life to its minimal. And I probably don't know the full impact, but having bad time management and having to rush here and there and be late and stressed, and spend my entire fortune taking cabs to and fro is HELL stressful ok? I'd much rather cancel appointments if I were going to be late nowadays.

But work is work, and I have to arrive on time.

So what do I have to deal with on my plate come 6 Nov?

1) Work (9-hour shifts, 5 and 1/2 days a week)
2) Diet
3) Sleep
4) Exercise

I used to have all of this:

1) Work (8-hour shifts, 6 days a week, erratic shifts everyday per week)
2) Diet (no wheat, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, sugar, yeast), cooked all my meals for 3 weeks
3) Erratic sleep
4) NSCA-CPT exam hovering over my head
5) Exercise
6) Work performance (PowerPack, back sprain/strain, admin work, hitting sales targets, conducting personal training for the first time, walk the floors to convert members to paying clients, making phone calls to new members)

Not much of a difference actually, now and then, considering only one item was struck off the list?

Yes, I passed the goddamn exams. Yes, I am a certified Personal Trainer, by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

I do hope that the shifts are more regular per week. I want to have my regular sleep and stabilise my resting patterns.

I hope I can find cheap-enough food that is suitable for my wheat and dairy-free diet, and have time to eat whenever I want to (gotta have snacks on hand as well, like psyllium husks, protein powder, glutamine, prunes and walnuts).

I do hope I put in effort to organise my time so I need not rush to work, and also program in exercise that I am able to do on a consistent basis. I know this will make all the difference to how I feel at work.

And of course, I have to be very diligent in walking the floors, approaching members, getting to know them, putting my face out so people familiarise themselves with me being a regular sight in the club, making phone calls, and do whatever is asked of me by my boss(es).

I hope my business grows surely but steadily.

I would love time to also be able to really plug out on my OFF days, and be able to always read and stay on top of what I do.

I need to feel in total control.

I would love to enjoy the Marina Bay view when I am there. I would love to swim in the pool as and when I like. I would love to be able to eat in the cafe. I want to resume Pilates to sort my posture and increase my core strength. I want to re-discover the joys of rock climbing. I want to be able to do an unassisted pullup.

I want to be happy.
